STRIPES

PROFILE

Athletic Development

Strengthen Confidence

Cultivate Solid Values

STRIPES Football Academy was founded in 2013 with the goal of creating a safe, structured, and educational environment where children can grow through football. Today, more than 250 children train in our facilities under the guidance of experienced coaches and specialised staff. Our mission is to promote athletic development, strengthen confidence, and cultivate solid values.

At STRIPES, training begins with character. We focus on values such as respect, teamwork, discipline, and personal improvement.

Our motto, STRIPES for Life, reflects our belief that football is a tool through which a child learns how to behave, cooperate, and evolve as a person.

Our philosophy is summarised in the word STRIPES:

Our Sports Facilities

The academy operates modern facilities at Central Park Futsal Fields, designed exclusively for youth and developmental football. The grounds include pitches of various dimensions, from 5vs5 to 11vs11, allowing children to train under real game conditions according to their age and level. All areas are safe, organised, and continuously supervised by coaches and staff.

Code of Behaviour

The STRIPES Code of Behaviour sets the foundation for a:

SAFE

FAIR

EDUCATIONAL

ENVIRONMENT

Children learn to respect the space, coaches, teammates, and opponents. We encourage: effort, cooperation, discipline, and responsibility both on and off the pitch. Parents participate positively, supporting the process without interfering with the coaches’ work. The Code prohibits violence, shouting, and negative behaviour, and promotes the health and safety of all. It is a fundamental part of our philosophy and is applied in every activity.

FOR

LIFE

“STRIPES for Life” expresses how we see football: as a life experience that builds character, instils values, and shapes identities. Our goal is for every child to gain something more than football — to develop skills, discipline, and self-awareness.
